A development and feasibility study to a historical building in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Aha Studio was tasked with providing a design and development summary for the building, that allows for mixed use and enhanced support to the core and surrounding neighborhoods. The building was built in 1926 in the 1920's Mediterranean revival style throughout. 33,358 square feet of existing space. It provides a church, office, restaurant, retail and performing arts space. Aha Studio purposed both an historic and modern option. Both proposed designs would allow the original historic building increased capacity, mixed use areas, to allow for hotel rooms, restaurants, pubs and cafes and so on.
