A feasibility and capacity study for two mixed used towers that would stand around mirror lake in St. Petersburg, Florida. The towers would make the best use of space, with the upper levels being devoted to residential units and amenities, while the lower levels for commercial use, parking and ground level retail. The residential and commercial units in the tower would have excellent views of St. Pete and mirror lake. Combining, large draping windows that frame the surround views, integrated greenery and living walls; the towers would tastefully add to the St. Pete skyline, while also providing an enjoyable and tranquil place to live and work.
