Located near Lutz Florida, the Syfert residence is a project were we were tasked to do a complete whole-house remodel and addition, in a rigidly modern style. Designed was completed, permits were issued, and construction work was started, when situations forced the project to stop. The Project was abandoned, taken over by local landscape and then saved with the purchase by a new owner. We were asked to reengage with the new owner to bring the design back to life to serve as their family home for generations.
