An intended forever home for the client for his children, it was requested to be between 3,500 and 4,000sf in size. The client envisioned a modern style comprising of stucco, steel and glass with a 3 car garage. With fantastic framing of the water, a large open floorplan layout, and a carful eye for detail, our designers were able to provide a home design the clients were very excited with and which is currently under permit review.
